40% 2023 Riesling, direct pressed,from a hot vintage
40% 2024 Riesling, direct pressed, from a rainy vintage
10% 2025 Muscat, 7 days of whole punch maceration
10% 2025 Gewürtzraminer, 7 days of whole punch maceration
The Muscat and Gewurztraminer 2025 bring exoticism, fruit and aromatic precision. Treated Burgundian-style, whole bunches and punch-down, they keep their momentum while integrating perfectly with the directly pressed Rieslings.
The blend: tropical, saline, irresistible. Pure energy, a finish that lifts. As if the border between Alsace and elsewhere had melted into the glass.
