Pipette was an independent magazine dedicated to natural wine, founded and edited by Rachel Signer. Published from 2018 to 2021, it featured in-depth interviews, essays, and photography showcasing winemakers, industry trends, and the culture surrounding natural wine.

The final issue of Pipette Magazine features an in-depth interview with Judith Beck of Burgenland, reflecting on her journey into biodynamics and developing her unique winemaking style; an extensive conversation with Manon Farm in South Australia about organic farming and working without irrigation; a photo essay on Clos Bateau, a new natural wine project in Beaujolais; and a reported article on Virginia’s natural wine, cider, and spontaneously fermented beer scene through the lens of Domestique Wine. Additional highlights include profiles on Matassa (Roussillon), Catherine Riss (Alsace), and Glow Glow (Nahe), a story about winemaking in the Venice lagoon, and an exploration of the emerging movement of “harvest ales” blending wine and beer.
