What you get each month

  • Three bottles of natural wine curated by the OFF GRID team
  • An illustrated booklet (EN/DE) with producer stories, tasting notes, and vinification details
  • Ongoing 10% member discount on offgrid.wine (excl. sale items, books and gift vouchers)
  • You can add extra bottles from our online shop to your next shipment with no extra shipping charge
  • Bottles specifically selected for Plain – no clearance of remaining stock or anything of that sort
  • Many wines that you won’t find in our regular range
  • Sometimes bottles exclusively available to Plain members

Price and shipping

  • €55 / month plus shipping
  • EU-wide delivery available (for a complete list of shipping rates, please click here)
  • Stuttgart shop pick-up possible
  • Generally shipping with UPS, but DHL and DPD possible on request

Billing, timing and cut-offs

  • If your first order between the 1st and 23rd of a month: your first box ships right away; from then on you’re charged at the start of each month, and the monthly box ships a few days later.
  • If your first order is after the 23rd: you’re charged and receive your first box at the start of the next month (reach out if you’d like both!).
  • On the 1st of each month you’ll get a reminder email; you can add extra bottles from the shop to ship with your box without extra shipping.
  • We offer 2 payment models: pay monthly or pre-paid.

Managing your subscription

  • You can pause, skip or cancel anytime via the customer portal (link in every email you get from us regarding your subscription).

Gifting

  • You can gift Plain by either starting a pay monthly subscription (cancel anytime) or a pre-paid subscription. We are happy to set an end date to your pay monthly subscription, so you don't have to think about it – or set up an individual pre-paid period. If you don't find one that suits you – just contact us!
