Zulu Vins is the collaboration project by Jess and Laurent of Domaine Recerca (read more about them here).
Pitalugue is made in collaboration with Domaine de Sulauze (Guillaume Lefevre) in Miramas (Provence), a cuvée from Grenache and Cinsault grapes grown on shell limestone and sandy soils. Whole bunches, semi-carbonic maceration for 8/10 days in concrete vats and aged in concrete vats.
