A blend of Regent from gipskeuper and Dornfelder from sandy soil. The Dornfelder grapes were bought in Rheinhessen from a like-minded farmer, the Regent is from their own vineyard. Direct pressed and aged in used wood.
Red wine fruit in the nose, but light and very clean with a white wine freshness and pleasant herbal notes.
