A small vineyard "behind the house", next to Madonna and Schiefergold, but more protected and not as steep.
Harvesting was on one Saturday with the whole family and Christoph. Beautiful ripe yellow-golden grapes with a lot of potential. This we can taste now in this beautiful Pet Nat with small bubbles.
These fine bubbles perfectly transport the information of soil and grapes. Outstanding high end sparkling!
