South-facing site, covered with grey and blue slate with approx. 40-year-old, densely planted, deep rooted vines.
After opening, this Riesling needs air, but then shows its delicate fruity aromas and fine herbal notes.
Reminder....2021 was a "cool climate" vintage.
Due to its stimulating freshness and drinking flow, the bottle is empty very quickly – be sure to have a second one ready in the cellar!
