Terra Forte, in Pantelleria dialect, means soils that do not contain pumice, but a very fine and red sand like face powder, breakdown of basalt and obsidian. This Zibibbo wine, with a maceration of 15 days, due to its aromatic profile and its gustatory dynamics, represents the antithesis of Soki Soki. It comes from a single vineyard planted in 1931 that grows between outcropping rocks and with little soil available.
Only 1000 bottles are produced per year.
