Zibibbo is one of the few varieties that manages to ripen racemes (also called second fruit). The harvest takes place at the end of September and the resulting wine has a beautiful acidity and a low alcohol content. This Petillant Naturel begins fermentation and finishes it in the bottle. Ghirbí also exists in a rosé version.
Only 600 bottles made.
All bottles are hand painted.
