Andi says, this Silvaner shows how great this autochthonous franconinan grape variety is. 40 years old Silvaner vines deep rooted in the Keupersoil. This wine is perfect to show how Keupersoil tastes - crispy and spicy with a lot of herbs. The grapes were pressed with our old basket press and fermented in old oak barrels. Bottled after 9 months on lees.
