Wild strawberries grow in the "Eule" vineyard. The vines are up to 100 years old and draw on their deep roots and age. Unlike other sites such as Madonna, Lay, Pyramide, Schiefergold and Schieferstern, this site is not across the Mosel in direct view of the winery and is not super steep like the others.

Alongside its typical herbal notes, Eule always has a certain lightness and freshness. Also, it is accessible very early and ready to be drunk young.
