Blaufränkisch, from a vineyard / garden with a dense planting of 9000 vines per hectar, with a short maceration of just 3 days.
The wine reminds us with his light colour and freshness and fruity nose more like a Gamay or Pinot Noir in a very positive way.
The taste is soft, tender and tempting with aromas of raspberry and rose hip.
Balanced with light tannins and a beautiful acidity.
