Skin contact white wine from Patrick & Justine Bouju. A blend of Gewürztraminer and Riesling from Alsace, and Muscat from Perpignan. All the wine were vindicate and macerate separately. Aged in amphora and tank.
The nose is full of aromatic fruits like grapefruit, lychee, mango. On the palate the exotic fruits continue, additionally orange peel and apricot stones on the finish. Great acidity, overall a complex and elegant skin contact wine with Muscat in the driving seat.
