GT stands for Garrut (the local name for Monastrell or Mourvèdre). Again Massimo understands to create a red wine an incredible flow. The grapes get de-stemmed and macerated for 3 days, fermentation for 4 months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees, plus 20 months in big barrels. GT has dark fruits, spices and a fine acidity that animates to drink.
