What Olivier, Yves and Yoshi say:
This wine is the result of a 2-week (semi-carbonic) maceration of Gamay grapes from Saint-Germain-des-Nouelles in South Beaujolais (next to Arbresle), 30% of which have been destemmed and put into tanks in layers, like a sandwich. The old vineyard located in the middle of this small village have been cultivated by horse for a few years now by our friend Fred. His hard work and respect for the natural environment has been rewarded. The end result speaks for itself.
In this vintage, you will find the full expression of the freshness of the Gamay grape, grown on granite.
Light and easy to drink, as an aperitif or throughout the entire meal.
