This wine is made with grapes from our friends at Estate Hertz, near Eiguisheim, who allocated us an amount of white Alsatian grape varieties that Yoshi wanted to blend: Pinot Gris (12.5%), Gewürztraminer (12.5%), Riesling (12.5%), and Sylvaner (50%).

Since Yoshi thought it would have been too easy to blend only white varieties, he decided to add 12.5% of Pinot Noir grapes to this cuvée and only pressed them once. While, at first, the taste seems rather simple and straightforward, you will soon find an unexpected aromatic complexity ...
