A pressing of Gewürztraminer made by Yoshi and aged in 500 litre casks. The originality of this cuvée is that it differs and changes completely according to when and where you taste it.

You may get a dry white wine, light and slightly mineral or, more often, you may find it is totally the opposite, much more vegetal and aromatic, typical of Gewürztraminer. The great freshness is, however, always present.

Time will tell the direction in which this interesting and promising wine will take us.
