What Olivier, Yves and Yoshi say:
This indigenous grape variety from Ayzes in the Savoie region, a village located at an altitude of 450 metres with vineyards growing on rocky limestone slopes.
The Gringet variety has quite a few common points with, and is similar to, the Savagnin grape that we have in the Jura.
This cuvée, made and aged in wooden casks, has beautiful floral notes with a subtle spicy side.
With much delicacy, tension, and mineral notes the taste of this wine is very characteristic of its terroir.
