Atonit is made from Xarel·lo grapes from the famous Ton Rimbau (Porcellànic)
from clay and limestone soils. Since Ton Rimbau's grapes are so valuable Nuria takes 3 presses from the Xarel·lo grapes and Antonit is made from the first pressing. Ton Rimbau's vineyards haven't seen any kind of chemical treatment the last 12 years. The juices are matured for 6 month in 60% Inox and 40% 300l barrels.
