Our friends from Bouche have developed a new project called NOVIN. A kombucha-based drink, fermented with malt. Opaque, is based on a light tea and infused with toasted birch shavings and dried walnut leaves. It has notes of fresh apricot and some woodier tones and somehow reminds us of a light orange wine.
