Cuvée Claude is the top cuvée of nénu and made from Grenache Noir 65% and Mourvèdre 35%. Like all Rasmus' reds, Claude is another bomb. Incredible fine smell with lots of red fruits. Compared to Fleur, Claude is the more elegant and lean wine. Lots of dark fruits on the palate with a touch more freshness and lovely tannins. We look forward to how this wine will mature.

Notes from Rasmus himself: The taste is in the region of perky, velvet stone fruits and plum with a crisp nose balanced in subtle hints of oak after spending 1.5 years in barrels. A wine speaking of its origin. The maturity of the sun meets the freshness and complexity of the mountains overlooking the sea.

No filtering or fining. 23 mg/l SO2 total. Nothing else.
