A Pinot Noir of 11% with 10+ years on its back has a lot to tell. On lees for a year, followed by another four years in oak barrels. Wonderfully lively, refined, subtle red fruits with an earthy, smoky texture. An extraordinary and unique wine. According to Hans-Peter, after bottling, it was more reminiscent of a port wine, but developed back to freshness in the bottle.
