50% Auxerrois grown on blue shale, vintage 2021, directly pressed. 50% Auxerrois grown on clay, vintage 2021 with a solera on the vintages 2020 and 2019, macerated for ten days. Plus a touch of Muscat. Aged for eleven months in barrels dating from 2013 and 2014.
