Blanc is a classic from Tom Lubbe made from Grey Grenache (70%) & Maccabeu (30%) growing on schist. Fermentation and maturing is in tuns and 500L barrels. This vintage has hints of green olives, citrus and flint stone. Fresh, elegant, herbal medium-light body. This wine will only get more complex and refined in the years to come.
