This rosé is something very special because we pay the same attention to the wine as we do to our white and red wines. The result is a sophisticated food accompaniment with character: strawberry red runs into the glass, showing a light minerality in the background with intensive notes of berries, cherries, hibiscus and fruit tea. On the palate it is juicy, tight-knit and elegant.

This year the wine aged 50% in Amphora and 50% in barrel for 11 months.
