Our sparkling cidre is made exclusively from hand-picked, old apple varieties from a natural orchard on the edge of the Black Forest at an altitude of 500 meters. The apples from the meadow orchard are given a purpose in our sparkling apple wine - and the meadow orchard, which is so important for the earth, can be preserved.

The cider is bottled right at the end of fermentation, shaken by hand and disgorged until it reaches its surprisingly tart, finely sparkling and complex flavour profile.
