Decouverte Innatendue aka Les Rhizomes Des Sorcieres is a blend of equal parts Grenache Gris and Chardonnay, directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel and aged in barrels.

First impression of "wet slate", Aromatic and tasty like a salty lemon. Needs air.
Fine Balance of fruit, saltiness, and bitterness. A deep and elegant acidity finish.

Wines and labels change each vintage. The labels, each individually designed by artist Katja Stroph, are made of cork.
