Vin de soif is a wine to cure your thirst – aka 'gehobener Saufwein'! A high quality but fun wine. Red fruit, rose hip, a pleasant, soft tartness and very low tannins.
60% Trollinger, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Zweigelt, macerated for 5 days on the skins. Aged in steel, bottled in January 2023.
