The beers in this blend matured for 18 months in a red wine barrel, where it developed its fruity and wine-like character. Organic blackberries were added and matured for two further months. The beer shows fruity, jammy notes with some beeswax and black pepper spice. Bottled May 2022, 420 bottles.
