Nas del Gegant is a wild wine with an earthy aroma and fresh palate. It’s made up of 70% Merlot, 10% Garnatxa Negra, 10% Pinot Noir, 10% Carinyena - pressed smoothly with a classic, vertical press. The grapes are macerated for 5-8 days in a mixture of cement and steel before being aged in stainless steel tanks. This is an easy to drink but exciting wine with no filtration or sulphites. Enjoy at approximately 16 degrees.
