What a wine! Like fresh spring water with a hint of salt.
Slightly reductive in the nose, not much fruit, and then with a little bit of time and air the wine hits you. The taste is full of minerality, bitterness, acidity, endless saltiness and a little bit of lemon. But it's not for ice tea drinkers. Make sure you have a second bottle cold.
