Similarly to the vineyards from Tom Lubbe in Roussillon, Cristiano's vineyards are 400 meters above sea level, get intense sunshine hours with fresh and cool winds, plus limestone soil and a low pH-level.
He started 2004 with just 2,2 ha, nowadays he has 6 ha and 25 Amphoras (made by a friend) in the cellar. 

This is a cuvée of 90% Trebbiano, 5% Verdeca and 5% Chardonnay.
Aroma of warm and fresh baked bread with honey and thyme. A light colour and some light tannins from a short maceration with a nice bitter and clean finish.
Works well with your next "Käsestulle".
