Christiano´s vineyards are similar to the vineyards from Tom Lubbe in Roussillon. They are 400 meters above sea level,  intense sunshine hours with fresh and cool winds, plus limestone soil and a low pH-level.
He started 2004 with just 2,2 ha, nowdays he has 6 ha and 25 Amphoras (made by a friend) in the cellar. 

This is not a simple easy "vino bianco", its more a complex, elegant version of a skin contact wine with a maceration of around one week and enough time in the amphora.
Stone fruits like peaches and fresh floral notes will be discovered in the glas.
A balance between elegant tannins and bitterness on the palate with a refreshing salty finish.
It´s a perfect match with ricotta, anchovies and olive oil.
