Christiano´s vineyards are similar to the vineyards from Tom Lubbe in Roussillon. They are 400 meters above sea level,  intense sunshine hours with fresh and cool winds, plus limestone soil and a low pH-level.
He started 2004 with just 2,2 ha, nowdays he has 6 ha and 25 Amphoras (made by a friend) in the cellar. 

Here we go with a serious Rosato with two days of skin contact and some time in the amphora.
A beautiful red berry bouquet will hit you and will finish with some tart autumn raspberries on the palate.
You find a balance of very light tannins and fresh acidity.
