This wine is made from fruit grown in two markedly different vineyards: the volcanic Hegyestű on the edge of the Káli Basin and the limestone-rich Királydomb in Pécsely. Harvested across three picking dates from early September through late October. Fermented with whole clusters, combining intact and foot-stomped bunches, along with a significant proportion of direct-pressed juice. Aged for two years on the lees in eight small oak barrels.
