This is the second bottling of this Alsatian Riesling from limestone and clay soil.
After a long time on the yeast this wine goes into a umami direction.
On the palate is the wine rich in flavour with a lot of herbs.
An energy Riesling with a balance of minerality and acidity, totally Terroir driven.
With a little bit more air this stunning wine shows Bannwarth´s typical Signature.
