White is a cuvée of traditional Franconian varieties Silvaner, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau and Scheurebe, directly pressed, fermented in wooden barrels and left on the lees for nine months.
Fresh and super drinkable, fruity and aromatic in a nice, light way. It has a pleasant, refreshing acidity and a touch of creaminess – very hard not to like!
