Chardonnay from the grand terroir of the Ardèche, where else! (Thierry Doulmet, Alba la Romaine). Pressed directly across the road from whence it came chez Andrea Calek. One year in four barrels, also from Andrea (‘Blanc’). Slightly oxidative and other things, depending on the barrel.
