Free Rosé is made out of Tempranillo (35%) and Parellada (65%) grapes from rocky limestone 420m NN.
Part of Tempranillo macerated 4 days and Tempranillo + Parellada together carbonic maceration for 14 days and part Parellada direct pressed comes all together in steel vats.
