Muscat de Frontignan aka Muscat Petit Grain with a maceration of 13 days (destemmed) on the skin.
In the nose a light reduction with pear and a sesame touch.
On the palate the wine is clean and straightforward with a salty finish.
The wine has a lovely minerality note from the limestone soil.
Fauna y flor aged in 50% steel and 50% in an old 300l barrel.
A sexy, complex wine with just 10%.
