Christiano´s vineyards are similar to the vineyards from Tom Lubbe in Roussillon. They are 400 meters above sea level, intense sunshine hours with fresh and cool winds, plus limestone soil and a low pH-level.
He started 2004 with just 2,2 ha, nowdays he has 6 ha and 25 Amphoras (made by a friend) in the cellar. 

Primitivo with a week of maceration and enough time in the amphora.
In the nose and on the palate you can find bitter herbs and dark cherries.
A complex, structured Primitivo with tannins and a clean and refreshing finish.
